We stress that the following are examples only and a tailor made package can be discussed directly with the individual Home Manager.

Self Funded Clients –

Room prices vary from £507 to £600 depending on room size and registration category.

Gate Healthcare only accepts self funded clients who are eligible to receive Free Personal Care and chose to contract directly with the Care Home. This is known as a “Route 2” contractual arrangement. In these cases, self-funding fee rates apply. Prior to admission, the client or relative /representative should make appropriate application to the Local Authority for Free Personal Care.

Should a self-funding resident become eligible for public funding at the point their capital/income reduces the Local Authority approved rates will apply. This is know as a “Route 3” contractual arrangement.
